Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov is the youngest of two girls, was raised and born within Manhattan, New York. As a 10-year-old she played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of the Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was highly acclaimed by an audience comprised of seventh graders. As she grew older she spent her summers in the Interlochen Center for the Arts and in Paris studying with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College is where she earned the Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and trained in many different types of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, taught her to combine acting and writing in The LAByrinth Theater's Master Class. Molly gave away her winter coat and purchased a pair of dark sunglasses during her visit to Los Angeles. After a brief period she landed a minor appearance on iCarly which attracted lots of interest from her family. Molly has since appeared on a variety of television shows and played Caitlin, the main protagonist in Winnie and Savannah Dooley's ABC Family series Huge. Molly is a pretentious pretender to perform basketball with ease, despite the fact she doesn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
