Tulloch is a native of San Diego California and grew up in Spain Uruguay and Argentina. Tulloch uses the name Bitsie. It's not an abbreviation for her given name Elizabeth. Instead, it's to honor her bizarrely nicknamed grandpa. He was a World War II pilot and also involved with 1961 Goldsboro B-5 crash. Tulloch was first known as Bitsie as a child and was able to continue doing as such until the year 2017. In 2017, she chose to switch her name to Elizabeth. When I see people I still refer to myself to them as Bitsie. But it sort of worked as I entered my 20s, and had just starting acting. When I was in my 30s, I still felt that I needed to re-visit Elizabeth. The thought hadn't occurred to me until I started filming. It was Elizabeth when we filled on your legal papers. Are you happy with this method of billing? So I contacted my manager and agent to ask their opinion. As you get older, it's time to get on with your life. Bitsie is surely a adorable name. It's adorable. That's all it was all about. Elizabeth I'm not even introducing myself right now. This is just to keep in the loop of bill. Tulloch is from Scottish and Spanish heritage. Tulloch says that she was born in Spain, though it isn't her native tongue. She has a paternal grandmother of Renfrewshire, and a great-grandfather from Kirkwall. Both are in Scotland. In an exclusive interview with BBC News the reporter stated we believed the first Tullochs came to the US between 1880 and 1900, and the Kerrs moved to America in the beginning of 1900s. When she returned to the U.S. she went to the middle and high schools within Bedford New York. Tulloch is an Harvard University graduate with two majors: English and American Literature and Environmental and Visual Studies.
